We strive to reduce and recycle where ever possible. Strict energy saving procedures are implimented by staff which range from seperating waste, to turning off lights, from double sided printing to ordering locally sourced produce.
For guests travelling to our venues we advise car sharing or utilising the frequent public transport around exeter. Exeter Golf and Country Club has a bus stop located outside the entrance, and we strongly suggest guests of the club make use of the excellent public transport facilities. Without doubt wildlife is now considered a great asset to any golf course. Golf courses have a responsibility and a legal obligation to manager their land sympathetically towards environmental issues.
The city of Exeter has expanded rapidly over the last ten to fifteen years and Exeter Golf and Country Club will soon be completely surrounded by the effets of Exeter’s suburban sprawl. Our golf couse has become a green oasis and thus our commitment to the management of the wildlife that it supports has never been so important
