Motivation is vital to maintaining fitness. Our team of personal trainers will enhance your gym training by boosting motivation, monitoring your progress and ensuring you focus on the right exercises to achieve whatever it is you want from your fitness routine.

All of our personal trainers are registered with REPS level 3 and have been handpicked for their experience of working with people of all ages and abilities. You will feel welcome and at ease, but most of all confident that your efforts will get results sooner than you could ever think!

Our Fit4 packages

For one Month (Monday 26th September to 24th October) we are offering members the chance to purchase
6 one hour personal training sessions for the price of 5
(Also available – 12 for the price of 10)

Our 10 main packages cater for all ages and all levels of fitness, from the beginners to the elite. Each package will be tailored to the individual and cost only: £110 for gym members/£135 for club members

Our Fit4 packages are usually sold 12 for the price of 10 Gym members £220 / Club members £270 / Non members £350

Fit4 includes:
FREE Half hour consultation to set goals
6 one hour personal training sessions
FREE Half hour consultation at the end of the 6 sessions to review and set new goals

Dependent on your goal each package will work on different muscle groups for your specific sport or activity to help you to achieve
a lower handicap
swim faster
hit a quicker serve
improve lower body strength for the slopes
increase stamina and speed
lose weight or look good for that special occasion

Background

I have been working in the fitness industry for a number of years and my passion for health and fitness came from an obsession from running. Running is my main sport and I have competed in many races including 10k, Half Marathon and my favourite distance the Marathon.

Greatest success since training:

My greatest success during my personal training career is hard to spot out, with great success over a number of clients. But my two greatest achievements have been singled out to be:

Weight loss of a individual:

A client who weighed 15st managed to get down to 12.8 with my training and a good food plan, allowing the individual to stay motivated throughout, not only seeing success, but feeling it. The client report back to me saying that their whole life had changed as a result. Work was easier, mentally felt great and every day task’s felt easier. The client worked hard, as a result pushed me to keep coming up with new ways to train, that really worked. The client lost the weight in 15 weeks. Great result!

My second success came from a lady who had a knee replacement:

Finding it hard to walk around with limited movement. After working hard to strengthen the joint. The lady has now been able to take part in golf 3 times a week, moving around like nothing every happened. The training continues each week. The training of the joint has took 10 weeks. Top stuff!
