All members will have to register for the members' area of the website

To do this, please follow these instructions. You may find it useful to keep both windows open after clicking the link below or print this page of instructions.

Click here (link is : http://217.34.70.194/default.aspx?Cid=44055012) to access our membership database website where you can register for a password.

In order to gain access, the details must match the records that we have on our membership database, namely your postcode and email address

1. Enter your surname as your user id
2. Click "find by name" and select your name
3. Please then enter your postcode (in capital letters without a space) into your password
4. You will then see a welcome screen
5. Please click in login on the top left hand side and select "request private password"
6. Scroll to bottom of page and tick "i agree to the terms stated above"
7. Please click "register now"
8. In club password, please enter your postcode again (in capital letters without a space)
9. Please then enter your email address and click "submit"
10. You will then see a message stating your password has been sent by email
11. Click login again on the top left
12. Login from the drop down
13. Your user id will already be pre populated with your membership number
14. Put in the password from your email and click submit
15. Click on login on the top left again and select "change private password"
16. Enter the emailed password as your current password
17. Change your new password to something memorable and confirm your new password
18. Click submit and a message will appear stating your password has been changed
19. Exit the welcome screen and go to www.exetergcc.co.uk which should be open as a separate window
20. Enter your membership number as "user id"
21. Enter your password you have just created and you will be able to access all member areas of the website
