The Head Chef is responsible for delivering consistently high standards of food production and presentation for our Gerogian Mansion House with a dining room (60) function room (60) Board room and 6 meeting/private dining rooms (2-80) and 2 function suites (up to 230).
Menu's emphasise seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with theCLUBHOUSE echoing a classic brasserie style.
