Join our Fitness Team as a Personal Trainer.
Our gym is growing, so we are looking to recruit a new team member to help us continue to offer an excellent experience for our Fitness Members. With over 700 members, the gym is a big part of Exeter Golf and Country Club – plus we have exciting plans to develop it further with a £250K investment in a brand new gym now in the planning stages.
Skills and Experience
If you are an engaging and motivational REPS 3 qualified Personal Trainer, with fitness class qualifications and experience working in a members’ gym, we would love to hear from you.
Working alongside a small team of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers with varied specialisms and experience, you will help drive gym engagement by helping people achieve their individual fitness goals.
Friendly and personable, you will be able to get to know our members through scheduled floor time as well as through group training and fitness classes, to build a client base and personal training revenue.
You will assist with membership tours, carry out inductions, create fitness programmes and ensure the gym is a safe but energetic and motivational environment.

Salary: 18K basic plus commission (OTE £22,000)
40 hours a week
between 6am and 9pm, including some Saturdays.
