About The Role
Our Membership Services are a tight but friendly bunch who work closely to keep the cogs turning and deliver the best experience to our members and guests! Based on our busy reception desk the job is incredibly varied, hard-work but great fun if you like meeting people!
As the face of the club, our Membership Services team are there to always say hello and welcome our members and guests, answer questions and provide advice, take payments for coaching, events and personal training, sell the club to new members and support the other teams across the club.
It’s a tough but rewarding job. You get to work at the heart of the club and every day is different. You need to be super-organised, super-friendly and super-energetic. We offer a good salary, free gym, swim and rackets membership (after 3 months), free parking and discounted food while at work. We also offer sales incentives where team members can win spa treatments or other prizes!
Full time position with 8 hour shifts varying between 6am and 10pm, five days out of seven and we are open 7 days a week and 363 days per year.
