Are you passionate about creating exceptional events? Is your enthusiasm infectious? Does your smile light up a room? Do you like to start conversations and find out about people? Do you care and have an eye for detail?
As a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator, your clients are varied from company directors to the bride and groom, all requiring a different style of event and a different approach. Can you flip from looking after a wake to the minute detail of a conference, adjusting your empathy to accuracy from one hour to the next?
We understand it is exceptional service that generates sales and so developing relationships is central to this role. Maximising opportunities and identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue from member events, along with existing and potential clients.
Of course, some previous experience would be helpful, but not necessarily essential if you have charisma, character, endless enthusiasm and the ability to listen and understand what your clients want so we can deliver just that – with the help of colleagues across different departments, particularly the Food and Beverage team and our team of Chefs.
