Easter is the perfect excuse to get the family together to share a few hours for a seasonal lunch – and a chocolate treat for the kids!

Starters

Leek and potato soup, chive crème fraiche
Asparagus and soft poached egg, hollandaise sauce
Ham hock and chicken terrine, pickled vegetables, sour dough toast
Smoked haddock and prawn fish cake, tartare sauce, rocket salad
Duck liver parfait, fruit chutney, brioche toast

Mains

Roast topside of Devonshire beef, Yorkshire pudding, thyme roast potatoes, red wine gravy
Roast leg of lamb, thyme roast potatoes, rosemary gravy
Pan fried fillet of salmon, fondant potato, chervil and white wine cream sauce
Leek and mascarpone risotto, herb butter, frisee garnish
All served with seasonal vegetables

Desserts

Lemon posset, burnt grapefruit, shortbread biscuit
Brioche treacle tart, Devonshire clotted cream
Warm chocolate brownie, vanilla seed ice cream
