FINE DINING DINNER IS NOW FULLY BOOKED
After months of being closed, celebrate the re-opening of restaurants with a gastronomic evening of gourmet food at Wear Park Restaurant on Monday 17th May.
A six-course Taster Menu with fizz on arrival is now open for reservations.
With limited availability, this exclusive evening is perfect for food-lovers to savour the seasonal flavours on a gourmet journey of Devon’s countryside and coast.
Beau Rocher Brut
pale gold, with fine, persistent bubbles. A light, fruity bouquet with notes of apricots and citrus. A fresh and fruity palate of fresh fruits, apricots and nuts
Heritage tomato consommé, goats curd, fermented tomatoes, balsamic pearls
Brixham crab risotto, yuzu mayonnaise, crab beignet, oyster leaf
Fillet of Devon beef carpaccio, summer truffle, capers, Parmesan crisps, micro rocket, truffle oil
