A showcase of ingredients from both land and sea, celebrating our countryside and coastlines.

The six course tasting menu created by our Head Chef, Adam Little for a evening of fine food.

With a gin list featuring some of the best gins of Devon and Cornwall, perhaps arrive at 6pm for a G&T aperitif before your tasting dinner is served? Our partner wine experts at Regency Wines have selected the best wine for each course, just ask on the night and our table hosts will guide you to the perfect bottle.

aubergine caviar, Provençale vegetables, Dauphinoise potato

vanilla seed cream, praline
