Lyme Bay scallop
parsley cream, Oscietra caviar, chicken jus

Venison loin and boudin
maple roast squash, spiced squash puree, lime pickle, veal jus

Brixham crab risotto
yuzu curd, squid ink crisp

Pheasant breast
porcini mushroom and potato croquette, applewood cheddar raviolo, beetroot, smoked prunes, bone marrow jus

Banana parfait, caramel ice cream,
