Organised by Michael Caines, MBE, this is one of the highlights of the culinary calendar and the start of the Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink.

The Trencherman’s Guide invites you to celebrate the collective talent of seven of the South Wests most respected chefs at a pop-up dinner at the Exeter Golf and Country Club on Wednesday 26 April.
The annual 7 Chefs Dinner, led by highly acclaimed Michael Caines MBE will consist of a seven course dinner including canapes on arrival. Each chef will introduce their dish that will showcase some of the highest quality produce from this region.
Tickets will include a carefully selected wine flight to compliment the courses.
The chefs taking part this year include James Mason of Kentisbury Grange, Dez Turland of Brend Hotels, Daniel Hine of Rick Stein’s The Seafood Restaurant, Liam Finnegan of The Castle at Taunton, Adam Little of Exeter Golf and Country Club, Matthew Preyer of Lewtrenchard Manor and Tom Hine with Michael Caines MBE of Lympstone Manor.
