Sundays in Wear Park Restaurant will be the usual Sunday roast, with a festive option.

Curried parsnip soup, cumin oil, parsnip crisps
Duck and orange parfait, plum chutney, pea shoots, toasted sour dough
Beetroot and fennel cured salmon, watercress salad, pickled cucumber
Twice-baked blue cheese souffle, walnut and apple salad

Mains
served with seasonal vegetables

Ballotine of turkey, apricot and chestnut stuffing, turkey leg bon bon, bacon chipolata, thyme roast potatoes, red wine and shallot gravy
Fillet of sea bream, fondant potato, wilted baby spinach, lobster and prawn sauce
Wild mushroom, chestnut and spinach Wellington, mushroom ketchup, truffle and mushroom puree, hazelnut pesto

Desserts

Christmas pudding, orange syrup, brandy custard
Chocolate cremeux, lime butterscotch, salted popcorn, hazelnut ice cream
Baileys cheesecake, spiced winter berries, tuille biscuit
