There are over 80 fitness classes each week at Exeter Golf and Country Club, including yoga, spin, HIIT, circuits and a range of Les Mills classes; BodyPump, BodyAttack, GRIT, Barre, BodyCombat and CXWORX.
Unlimited exercise classes are included as standard in full Fitness Membership, however club members are also welcome to book classes on a pay as you go basis, for £5 per session.

Les Mills create the world’s best workouts – that is why we have chosen to offer so many of their group exercise programmes. Their research shows group exercise, like fitness classes, increases effort level, enjoyment, satisfaction and your likelihood to keep exercising.

Whether you are a gym-goer, runner, cyclist, tennis player, golfer or even a mountain climber, adding a couple of classes to your weekly fitness programme will have benefits of your performance, physique and even your well-being. Our classes are super social, so you may even find yourself enjoying a coffee after with others in your class.
Fitness classes and yoga takes place in the Main Studio for a maximum of 10 people per class.
All spin classes; Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Sprint and Les Mills The Trip take place in our new Spin Studio.

Please remember to bring a full water bottle and ensure you use the hand sanitiser available for free in the gym and studios, plus wipe your equipment with the anti-bacterial spray we supply. We have increased cleaning schedules throughout gym and fitness studio.
For yoga, please remember your yoga mat, cushion, block and strap – if required (not essential).
