AUGUST FITNESS CLASSES TIMETABLE

‘Fit For Five’ fitness classes are moving back inside for August.

Fitness Members can book via the member app.

We have a new timetable with classes for five people in the temporary fitness studio (squash court 5) and the brand new spin studio, with yoga by the outside pool for classes of up to 10.

What you’ll need: Full water bottle | Hand sanitiser | Exercise mat
Yoga mat | Yoga cushion, block and strap – if required (not essential)

Please note: there are no showers available at this time.

 

Book and arrive

Book your class on the member app.
Fitness Members only can book fitness classes and spin – we will review this again soon – these classes are free for Fitness Members.

All Club Members can book for yoga – there is a £6 per session cost for all members other than Fitness Members – this will be deducted from your member card.

Arrive five minutes before your class, dressed ready to workout and leave straight away afterwards.

For fitness classes and spin – entry is via the door to the right of the main reception.
For yoga – entry will be via the side gate to the outdoor pool area from the car park.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

The original LES MILLS weight-based class for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Resistance and repetition training at its best, burning up to 540 calories an hour. Repetition creates definition!

LES MILLS THE TRIP

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

LBT Tone & Train

Legs, Bums and Tums – new style! Toning and training for a total body workout. Bum tightening, waist whittling, low impact exercises for the glutes, abs and thighs.

A freestyle strength session. Focusing on the specific needs of those in the class, using a combination of barbells, free weights and body weight to build strength and stamina.

CIRCUITS

Build your fitness, lose weight and improve your core strength with this cardiovascular high impact resistance class. If you’re looking for a boost to your training, this super-charged class is fast and challenging.

Suitable for beginners to advanced, Howard has developed rehabilitative yoga using traditional Hatha asanas for injury prevention and recovery. Good for day to day strains through to sports injuries injuries for increased flexibility and range, focusing on strengthening the core.
