HBK at Exeter Golf and Country Club combines three effective workouts in one. With 10 minutes of HIIT, 10 minutes of Kettlebells and 10 minutes of Boxfit, HBK has been designed for the ultimate cardiovascular workout plus total body strength and conditioning. It is also a great way to relieve stress and muscular tension!
HIIT – high intensity interval training – is a fat-busting workout with quick-fire bouts of high impact exercises, with short rests in between. HIIT burns 9% more fat, and uses 17% more energy than a regular workout.
