For James, attitude is the key to success when it comes to fitness. With the right attitude, he believes that all goals can be accomplished. Consistency and a positive approach will move mountains.
When dealing with clients, James likes to get the best out of them by combining cardiovascular, resistance and core work. He is not happy to see them simply meander, he will push and motivate so that results will come quickly.
James won’t let clients off the hook – even once the desired results have been achieved. He will always reassess and create more challenging goals – so that they enjoy long-term improvements to their health and fitness.
James also has a rich history of fitness events, having completed over 10 half marathons and a growing number of marathons. He has also coached for rugby training too, making him a versatile and highly driven focused personal trainer.
