There are many reasons why teenagers benefit from the gym.

Experts recommend teenagers get 60 minutes of physical activity every day to keep them healthy and happy. Those exercise endorphins do wonders for a positive state of mind and improving sleep.

Exercise also builds strong bones and sets a lifestyle that will hopefully stay with them for life. Our gym welcomes members of all ages and our team will create specialist plans for teenagers age 12 and over to exercise safely for their individual needs and goals.
