OUR COMMITMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
We have undertaken a review of the food and drink facilities in and outside Wear Park Restaurant and made appropriate changes according to COVID-19 regulations.
We have changed the layout of Wear Park Restaurant to include the entire ground floor so we can space tables according to the government requirements. There will be a maximum table size of six so we can promote the 2 metre (or 1 metre plus) distancing throughout the restaurant.
Please be aware a maximum of two households can share a table inside.
If you are visiting for afternoon tea with someone from another household, please tell us on booking so we can separate your afternoon teas rather than using a shared cake stand.
We will require the name and contact number of each guest, in line with government requirements.
Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival and regularly during your visit.
Our team have been fully trained in maintaining the highest safety and hygiene guidelines and will be wearing PPE. Please be mindful they are doing as required legally and in terms of best practice so please be understanding if things are slightly different to before.
Table service only with all menus, cutlery and condiments brought to you and either sanitised or disposed of after use.
We have increased our already thorough cleaning and hygiene procedures and tables and chairs will be cleaned between usage. Please be respectful of the time this takes.
Observe signage throughout the restaurant and toilets.
Windows and doors will be open to ensure adequate ventilation.
Children are welcome however we do ask that they are supervised at all times and must remain at the table other than to visit the toilets with an adult.
Please be aware we are only accepting card payment – either member card, credit or debit card.
