The golf swing can be simply described as a turn of the body and a swing of the arms, sounds simple doesn’t it?
What happens though if the body fails to rotate?
Can the arms do all the work on their own? If you want to improve and become more consistent then the answer is no.
The body needs to rotate in order to help control the way the club travels in the swing, but also to help create increased power. If you combine the correct body rotation with a consistent arm swing, the results will speak for themselves.
Every golfer will have different flexibility so it is crucial that you work with a professional coach in order to be able to identify what will work for you. If you need help with flexibility, perhaps speak with one of our experienced Personal Trainers who will be able to structure a specific programme to help improve your golf, from strength to agility.
Watch the video with Darren and Ryan for how to master body rotation for the perfect swing.
