Here’s your chance to win a free personal training session with one of our Personal Trainers – and take part in a fun fitness challenge!

To celebrate National Fitness Day, join in the Gym Challenge on Wednesday 27th September. The winners will each get a free PT session.

The quickest mile on the treadmill

The longest squat, shoulder press on a Freestyler fitness board!
