Finally, after the lockdown delay, the new Spin Studio at Exeter Golf and Country Club, with new virtual spin classes, is opening on Saturday 1st August.

The Les Mills virtual classes will launch alongside the popular instructor-led spin sessions, to offer a full timetable of spinning, seven days a week.

The gym is also re-opening on Monday with a new Covid-safe layout across the main gym and refurbished fitness studio. Fitness classes will take place in Squash Court 5, with all spin classes in the new Spin Studio – with a maximum of five members at this time. The Spin Studio will eventually have capacity for 16 attendees, once Covid restrictions are lifted.

Spin is one of the most popular classes at Exeter Golf and Country Club so the expansion into a new studio means more classes and a wider choice of spin styles for members.

The new Les Mills virtual classes will run throughout the day and are bookable via the member app.

The new Spin Studio features a floor to ceiling screen, streaming the Les Mills cinematic-quality visuals, with chart-topping music, make every class exciting and inspirational. All Les Mills classes are scientifically designed to get results.

The three new virtual classes are Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Sprint and Les Mills The Trip.

 

LES MILLS RPM

RPM is a world-leading, cardio peak cycle workout using simulated climbs and sprints to burn calories and improve cardio fitness.

LES MILLS SPRINT
