Why Choose Squash?

  • Squash provides an intense cardiovascular and muscular workout
  • Improves reaction, agility, and hand-eye coordination due to its closed space and speed of play
  • It’s a very sociable game. Squash is not only a quick way to exercise, you will also meet people and often find an excuse for a drink in the bar afterwards!
  • Squash is time-efficient! Matches last around 40 minutes…a full-body work-out, brain training and a catch up with friends – all in one.

All you need are non-marking trainers and sports-wear.

As part of the Squash Girls Can campaign, you’ll even get a free squash racket.
