We are here to help this year. We want to help you MAKE IT HAPPEN with our May Weight Loss Challenge – the Biggest Loser.
We are searching for Exeter Golf and Country Club’s Biggest Loser.

All Fitness Members interested in losing weight and shaping up are invited to take part…not only could you win the prestigious title of the Biggest Loser, but you’ll also win a free PT session and free massage.
To take part, all we need is to take your measurements at the start of May and then again at the end of the month. We will book an appointment with Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Laura Salt who will weigh you and take all your vital measurements.
Throughout May, Laura will send you top tips, recipes and exercise ideas by WhatsApp or email to keep you motivated and on track to achieving your goal.
We’ll then work out who has lost the most weight AND inches combined and announce the winner, who will then receive the grand prize.
The best bit is you’re only competing against yourself. The winner will be the individual who has lost the most weight and inches proportionally to what they were.
