Spa Covid Commitment

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We have undertaken a review of the spa and our services and made appropriate changes according to COVID-19 regulations.

We have staggered treatment times to reduce congestion, therefore we will only have one client arrive and leave at a time (hence the reason why punctuality is vital).

The spa rooms, reception and entrance will be deep cleaned each day and during the day will be cleaned and sanitised thoroughly between every treatment. Sorry no tester stand available at this time.

One-use disposable items will be used where necessary – sustainable where possible.

Adequate ventilation will be ensured in each room when possible.

The Spa Team have completed the COVID-19 Barbicide training course for hygiene and safety. Regular safety briefings will take place as ongoing reminders and to improve as we go.

The treatment menu has been adapted to ensure best practice and a maximum treatment time capped at 60 minutes.

The Spa Team are committed to social distancing within the staff areas and spa areas.

Spa Therapists will wear appropriate PPE, such as gloves and masks and will remain in the Spa Room with you at all times to avoid having to change this during treatment time.

Spa Therapists will clean and sanitise the treatment rooms and wash their hands thoroughly at the start and end of every treatment.

CLIENT COMMITMENT

WE ASK EVERY CLIENT TO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I agree to arrive on time as my appointment time cannot be delayed. If I arrive late, my appointment will be cancelled or rearranged.

I understand there are no waiting facilities, refreshments or magazines provided as the Relaxation Room is currently closed.

I agree to wash my hands or use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the spa room.

I will also ensure I have showered before attending.
(Sorry no treatment will be carried out on anyone straight from exercise)

I agree to wear a face mask during my spa visit – unless asked to remove.

I agree to adhere to 2 metre social distancing guidelines whilst at the spa (except during the treatment), inside Wear Park and in the car park area.

I agree to come to the spa on my own, without children/others.

I understand payment can only be taken via debit or credit card, or member card.

I agree to adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy and understand I will be charged in full if I fail to cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
