AR SPORTS THERAPY
AR Sports Therapy has clinics at Exeter Golf and Country Club, Pinhoe, Honiton and Lyme Regis. Sports Therapist, Abby Raddon specialises in musculoskeletal pain and injuries, getting to the source of pain to ensure clients stay symptom free. Her core mission is to to help minimise physical restraints and to maximise function. This is achieved through high quality client focused, evidence-based practice, and rehabilitation solutions to support clients on their road to recovery and physical fitness goals.
Sports Therapy is a science-based profession regarding an aspect of healthcare that is concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability. Sports therapy can be used to treat any acute or chronic condition affecting muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves anywhere in the body. It doesn’t matter what the cause, trauma, age related degenerative changes, arthritis, bad posture, sport etc – all ages can benefit from treatment and advice.
Abby Raddon of AR Sports Therapy is qualified with a MSc in Sports Therapy and is a professional member of the Sports Therapy Organisation.
AR Sports Therapy also offers Sports Massage to help reduce the effect of stresses put onto the musculoskeletal system. It is a long established and very effective therapy used for the relief of pain, swelling, muscle spasm and restricted movement.
Appointments are available on Wednesdays from 3pm – 7pm and Fridays from 9am – 1pm.
Sports Therapy: £35 for 45 minutes
Sports Massage: £30 for 45 minutes

Sports Massage treats a wide range of conditions with the aim of reducing muscular pain, strains and tension. The deep tissue manipulation of muscles through massage, stretching and compression can have wide ranging benefits pre and post sport events as well as for repetitive strain injuries such as golfer or tennis elbow and runner’s knee.
Sports Massage can also treat the following conditions, either alone or alongside rehabilitation, physiotherapy, fitness training and body conditioning:
