Enjoy the Christmas Menu for your Festive Lunch or Dinner celebration.

The festive menu for lunches or dinners is available until Christmas Eve in Wear Park Restaurant or in a choice of private dining rooms.

Tables of up to six.

 

Festive Menu

Mondays – Saturdays until Christmas Eve.
Sundays in Wear Park Restaurant will be the usual Sunday roast, with a festive option.

Starters
Braised pork belly, spiced roasted apple, pork crisp, cider jus
Jerusalem artichoke soup, truffle oil, toasted almonds
Duck liver parfait, plum and port chutney, sour dough toast
Pear, blue cheese and dill salad, parsnip crisp, horseradish oil
Beetroot and cardamom cured salmon, sour cream, watercress, rye bread

Mains
Ballantine of turkey breast, chestnut & apricot stuffing, turkey leg and cranberry bonbon, bacon chipolata, roast potatoes, red wine gravy
Beef bourguignon, baby onions, chestnut mushrooms, pancetta, red wine, wholegrain potato puree
Fillet of sea bream, fondant potato, baby spinach, lobster and saffron sauce
Wild mushroom and chestnut wellington, roasted thyme new potatoes, hazelnut pesto

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Desserts
Christmas pudding, orange and vanilla custard
Chocolate delice, salted caramel ice cream, nut praline
Spiced apple cheesecake, apple sorbet
Cheese plate, grapes, celery, chutney and crackers

£29.50 per person for three course with a glass of wine.
three course £26.50 | two course £22.00

£100 fee applies for a private room.
