Whether you are new to exercise or super fit, classes are a great choice. Our instructors are welcoming and will keep you motivated, varying the intensity or level according to your ability. Fitness classes and group exercise, such as our running club and group personal training, are always fun, safe and effective, and give you a consistent schedule to keep your fitness on track.
