Choose from over 50 exercise classes a week at Exeter Golf and Country Club on the Fitness Studio timetable. 

From holistic yoga to cardio classes like spinning, HIIT and Body Pump, the fitness class timetable runs from 6.30am through until 9pm. Unlimited exercise classes are included as standard in full Fitness Membership, however non members are also welcome to join our classes on a pay as you go basis.

Les Mills research shows group exercise, like Fitness Classes, increase effort, enjoyment, satisfaction and your likelihood to keep exercising. Fitness Membership

Fitness Membership at Exeter Golf and Country Club includes use of the gym and unlimited exercise classes, along with swimming in the heated outdoor and indoor pools, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Club Membership

All Club Members of Exeter Golf and Country Club can book classes for £5 per class – or if attending more than two classes a week, it’s cheaper to add Fitness for unlimited classes.

Not a Member?

Non members are welcome to book fitness classes on a pay as you go basis for £8 per class.
