Charity Tennis Tournament

24 Hour Tennis Event for Pete's Dragons

In the middle of the Wimbledon fortnight, the tennis section will be raising money for a local charity by hosting a 24 hour event to raise money for Pete’s Dragons.

From 12.00pm on Saturday 2nd July, James and Tommy, two of our tennis coaches, will begin the 24 hour Doubles Tournament.

Members of Exeter Golf and Country Club can join in the fun and support the fundraising by pledging between £15 and £50 to take on James and Tommy for an hour’s match during the 24 hour fundraiser.

If you are interested in joining the fun, or taking the opportunity to beat them both in the early hours of Sunday morning, you can sign up for a time slot on the tennis noticeboard (in the lobby between the squash courts and Sports Bar) or contact James.

As well as paying to play in the 24 hour doubles tournament, there are other ways you can support the fundraising and join in the fun.
